Had a wonderful time in zoo. Kid really enjoyed that day. There were plenty of parking spaces available in front of zoo reception but security guards didn't let us park, they forced us to park at the bottom. Best thing is bring food from home. Food is quite expensive. Toilet facilities are available. Kids enjoyed mini train journey. Overall trip was great.

A great place to visit! I have been to the zoo many times, most recent was last summer, and it's always a good day out. Its a great place for kids. The animals are fairly active and its amazing just how big the place is. There is a kiddies funfair too. Just be aware that it will involve lots of walking up steep hills. There is a road train to take people to the top of the hill and also a chairlift for adults and older children. The cost of a day there is very fair compared to other attractions too.

This is one of the best zoo's I've been to. The grounds are well maintained and there are plenty of animals to look at. The castle in the middle is a brilliant bonus. Plenty of spaces to enjoy a picnic or there is an on site cafe for food (it gets very busy though). We have hosted 2 children's parties there and they were excellent value for money. We got to get up close and personal with the creatures and the activities were well received. Definitely worth a visit.

We love the zoo, just had our annual passes for Christmas so we can come all the time, the children love it and the staff are always friendly and kind. The animals are well cared for. Nice to see some work being do e on enclosures by the snow leopards and the loos being re-fitted too. It's always clean and tidy and such a nice place for the little ones to explore.

***LOVED IT*** Brilliant place to visit fun for all the family.... You can literally make a full day of being here sooo many animals to see and loads of interesting facts too. And prices are very reasonable for entry... Not sure about eating prices tho as I packed a lunch. But I will definitely be visiting here again... And soon
