Animal Mania came to our 6 year old's party this weekend and were highly impressive - calm, knowledgeable, concerned re heath & safety and animal welfare and also obviously experienced with a large group of 25 children! My son loved being the centre of attention as he held each animal first and the other kids and parents thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon too - one of the best party experiences we have had (our son has 3 elder brothers so we have been around the block) and highly recommended for a memorable party!

Animal Mania may be brilliant, I thought they would be, which is why I was so disappointed that they cancelled with 4 hours notice by email last week for my 7 yr olds' party. I had left I don't know how many phone messages with my phone number on in the 2-3 weeks leading up to it, none of which did they return my call - perhaps the website number is out of date, or they just didn't think to write it down. They did eventually reply to all my emails except for my most recent emails requesting either a rearrangement of the event or my deposit back. I'm very sorry if there was an unavoidable crisis but it spoilt our day and there has been almost no apology, and no attempt to make amends, let alone an explanation as to why they didn't come straight from an earlier party which I have found on Facebook finished at 3pm, in plenty of time to come to our party before it ended, even if it were only for half an hour. I would recommend having a plan B prepared if you hire this party.

We wanted a mobile zoo for our grand daughter Mary's birthday party. We were recommended that Animal Mania did good childrens parties in the worcester area. They were absolutely brilliant and the kids loved the animals particularly the giant rabbit. Highly recommend for any party but especially for childrens parties.
