Me and my partner went for the penguin feeding experience, which was hosted by Kiera and Jodie. It was absolutely amazing, they were both very informative and provided us with a lot of information about the animals. The actual aquarium was amazing too, we had a lovely day out. We will definitely be coming back again. :]

Excellent impromptu visit today. I had a couple of hours and decided to pop in and see all the wonderful creatures. I was a bit short on time so asked a guide who was just finished giving a lecture about the penguins to point me to the Beyond the Surface experience as I needed to be there shortly. He wasn't just pointing me to the direction, but actually walked me over. Absolutely great, thank you so much!nMy Beyond the Surface experience was fantastic - thanks Moe! I was the only one on that particular time, which felt like getting a private tour. Moe was knowledgeable and kind, happy to answer any questions and shared some great stories as well as showing me around. Then, as she knew I was heading to the otters, she walked me to the area so I don't waste any time! What a wonderful experience, thanks to both of you!!nI only fleetingly caught the last otter as the feeding was over, but had a great time in the tunnel under the big tank and saw mesmerising jellyfish.nI cannot recommend this experience enough if you have some time, I spent two hours and can tell you it was well worth it!

Me and my partner went to see the fish and sharks. Was a lovely experience with interactive posts and staff who provided information as well and a informative tour guide if chose to attend.. there's salt water and fresh water species of all kinds. Some fascinating creatures and we also got to see feeding time for a few fish. I attempted to touch the rays although I really shouldn't have and it is advised not to touch anything. The only things we didn't get to see much of were the sea otters who chose to venture into the other room outta sight. The sharks in the tunnel were a highlight for my partner. He's unfortunately too big to go into the smaller tunnels to go under the fish tanks and see from those angles but I managed to get in some and take videos and pictures. Was a lovely day out and he even bought us both a mug each from the gift shop. I would advise the shop to get more mug choices maybe pens and notebooks erasers and smaller trinkets for those who don't have alot of funds or school trips to be able to treat themselves. Overall a lovely day out. Tickets can also be found cheaper via different booking sites. We went via lovetobook or something and paid 18 each instead of 26/28 each

I thought this experience was best described as “fine”. There was a variety of animals from penguins to sharks and tunnels you can walk and crawl through submerging yourself in the experience. The whole thing only took us about 35 to 40 minutes. There used to be a cafe here which has since been removed. The majority of staff were pleasant

Went for my sister’s birthday and was so fun! However, little kids are annoying and scare the fish, but it’s not the place’s fault, though it was quite irritating for me. My favourite part was the jellyfish section if only it wasn’t ruined by screaming children.nnAs for wheelchairs, it was decent, though some paths were thinner than others. There is also an option of going in a lift or stairs, which I find quite helpful.
