I had a great experience with Nicky at Dreams Oldbury. She greeted me warmly, offered me a cup of coffee, and made me feel comfortable straight away. Nicky was incredibly helpful in guiding me through choosing the right mattress. We did a sleep match test to find the best option, and she explained everything in detail so I could make an informed decision. Her knowledge and friendly approach made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend her excellent service!
We were greeted and welcomed and received help and advice. Good choice of beds and mattresses. We tried the sleep computer beds and chose to buy 2 double beds with mattresses. Nicky was friendly, professional and helpful. Dreams Oldbury is a store we would be happy to recommend. A very good shopping experience.
Cannot praise the Sservice enough. The Sales Assistant was delightfully helpful, knew her stuff and wasn't overly pushy. Everything I needed to know was explained simply and carefully. Fantastic! Highly recommended and then some.
Very good experience at the the Oldbury store , the lady who attended us , Usher, was knowledgeable, helpful, offered us drinks & generally made things very easy for us. Nothing was too much trouble. We already had in mind the mattress we wanted, but she still took time to show other options as well. Altogether first class service
If I could put zero stars I would. In September I ordered £8000 worth of beds for them to be delivered in December. They were scheduled to arrive on Saturday 20th of December, however not all of the beds I had ordered arrived, even though before the delivery I had received a phone call confirming that all the things I had ordered were going to be delivered that day. After this, I was promised that the bed that hadn’t arrived would arrive today, however unfortunately that did not happen, which left me no choice to go to a different company. I am now waiting for my refund and I will never be ordering from this company again.
