Very poor customer service delivery was late, women hung up the line because didnt wanna help me, asked many times for a manger who never callled me, box was dameged, iv spent £500 and been treated very poorly, this company is very dishonest, as they had put free delivery but charged me for delivery, i complained and they took down the info that said free delivery and then told asked me if i have evidnace of this if not they will not refund the delivery cost, customer service is extreamly rude, i was willing to spen thousands on new furniture but im now havingsecond

Fantastic! Great service, quick delivery and a very solid bed. After being let down, by a well known retailer with a so-day solid oak bed we were pleased to find Oak Furniture King at a very good price. I was called 2 days in advance, of when my delivery would arrive, also emails and 2 calls on the day of delivery to confirm when they would arrive. I would definitely use this company again.

Very pleased with rattan table and 6 chairs, with cover and parasol. Very good email and phone communication and quick delivery. Early days but the product looks robust and is very attractive. Definitely 5 star.
