This store is the perfect example of customer service done right! The team here go out of their way to be helpful in a calm, professional and friendly way. The store is clean and tidy with a good range. The cafe is also excellent and very good value for money.
It's a nice, reasonably priced cafe in the mezzanine part of Dunelm. The quality & price of the coffee were excellent. A friendly staff member made the drinks. We'll definitely be going back to try the food menu, which equally looks good value.
This store seriously needs to improve its customer service. I called multiple times to return a faulty item, but no one ever answered. When I visited in person, an elderly blonde lady named Gill was unhelpful and dismissive, making me feel rushed. I ended up going to a different branch where the service was much better. I hope management takes note and addresses this with the staff.
A fairly large homewares store across 2 levels. It's great for browsing for decorating inspiration. There are a lot of very interesting and attractive items, but all are things you can then find cheaper elsewhere.
This is one of a handful of stores I am happy to visit rather than being forcibly dragged along. Always excellent quality products at a competitive price. The store layout is great with wide aisles so everyone can browse in comfort without feeling you're in the middle of a stampede.
