It’s a lovely store and well stocked, also has coffee shop with play area. However, most of the staff downstairs are rude and unhelpful. They don’t have a taxi phone, or even know the number of any local firms! As a disabled person, i was stranded there last year, after spending over an hour shopping in store. ended up having to walk over to kwik fit, who very kindly helped instead. The checkout area gets very crowded and if you didn’t buy anything, it’s quite difficult to exit the store without waiting in the queue and then battling through the very narrow and chaotic space.

Great customer service from Megan and other colleagues here yesterday morning.nnI was too early to collect my order as the store wasn't open yet the carpark was full of snow and a HGV driver was stuck.. but these ladies had made it into work and very friendly and helpful..  I was helping the stranded trucker and then I had to park over the other side of the carpark and walk across Megan had collected my order details and brought my order to the foyee for me to collect quickly... nnThis isn't my local store I was just collecting an on line order, but next time I need Dunelm I'm coming here... It's a huge store and delivers great customer service...nnThanks guys... Great Job yesterdaynnD

Went to Dunnell’s this afternoon to just size up some chairs found a really good deal great Price and also the young man who helped me got the chair out of the shop and into our car which was not an easy task we went to buy a cheap blender and we ended up buying a very nice cozy chair. Thanks to Callum for all his help got it, Home it’s set up we love it.

Bought pair of new curtains for front room. Normally expensive but on offer should be 210 pounds on sale at 52 pounds.nExcellent quality , long drop 92 inches x 66 inches.nGreat offer , good local store for all things for the home

Order went successful but then cancelled. Said not available for click and collection. Never answer their phone either. Now i have to wait till 26th to see my refund. Ridiculous! If you don't have stocks, then why show you have stocks available to order on your website then? Wasting people's time and money! So inconvenient!!
