Lovely big, well stocked shop. Ordered online this time so didn't browse but service was very friendly and still professional. Will be visiting more often too as it has a cafe upstairs  don't worry, there's a lift if needed and all makes for a nice relaxing shopping trip.

We went to purchase a new throw before the energy price cap kicked in. They are obviously not ashamed to put their prices up by around 25% to take advantage of their customers and think we won’t notice that they have just over stickered the original price! Shameful and unprofessional, there may even be laws about this practice? Also went to go into the cafe for a coffee to be shouted at across the area “ it’s takeaway only now”. Perhaps a little customer service training is  required “ So sorry, we have just closed but I can make you a takeaway if that is ok for you?” would have persuaded us to make a purchase instead of walking out? Retail is getting tougher and those who don’t perform will not survive!

Very nice since the renovation. Lots of  choice on all household goods. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good inshore cafe. Lots of Christmas decorations.  Car Park large and spacious. Easy to find.  Just off the roundabout  junction 2 M5.

Went for pillows only to be told that the one I'd chosen was no longer for sale as they were all going to third world countries.... it's OK that I can't sleep in my own country though without the correct pillow . Had a quick look at a few items on the way out but they were a lot more pricey than I recall. Won't be rushing back, can get everything they sell cheaper elsewhere 

Lovely place with great cafe upstairs BUT once again lift out of order so it's either struggle up.the stairs or don't go upstairs therefore missing a lot of Dunelm produce. I hope the lift is repaired quicker than last time it took weeks . Spoilt my weekly visit for coffee and a chat this morning

Staff were friendly and helpful. The store itself seemed a bit of a mess. Hard to find what we wanted as there seemed to be far too many things just out. Eventually found. Return was handled well.

Ordered some plates,side plates & bowls, when I went to collect was told they never had a box or even anything to wrap the plates up in, so I’ve had to leave the plates until I can get a suitable box and something to wrap them in, utterly useless!! So I have to again go tomorrow, what waste of petrol and my time.

Very good selection of homeware; there's a post Christmas sale on and lots of bargains to be had! There's also a cafe on 1st floor - had a lovely reasonably priced cream tea 

Very friendly and helpful as we need to return and item which was bought online. On returning the item, the chap on the till was very helpful and sorted it no problem

It's alright for purpose but there's just some silly expensive stuff in there 20ish quid for a regular double bed sheet I mean I got a set of curtains for £25 with rings built in?? I mean who decides these prices ...
