Although I live in the South, it was well worth the trip to Junction 2 for my Kitchen. They are very knowledgeable and have a huge range on display to look at. From the beginning Aaron was helpful and managed the process very smoothly through to delivery which was on-time and everything went in as planned.

We had an amazing experience at Junction2Interiors, thanks especially to Jay. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and communicative, helping us choose the perfect products and layout for our bathroom. No matter how many questions we had or visits we made, Jay was always available and professional. Thanks to him, our bathroom project was smooth and stress-free — we wouldn’t go anywhere else for future projects!

I just wanted to write to compliment Junction2 Interiors on the beyond excellent customer service we experienced this week.nThe situation was we had a fault last week with the thermostat on our new bathroom shower which meant we couldn't use it. This was within warranty so we hoped for a response from J2 Interiors as the bathroom store, and our advisor Jay responded very quickly and escalated the problem to his supplier for advice.nnOn Jay's prompting the supplier came back with a recommendation for what we could try pretty much immediately but this didn't resolve the problem. I informed Jay & he contacted them again, and much to my surprise I received a call from the supplier's service engineer within 24 hours saying he was coming down from Manchester to Worcestershire HIMSELF, the next day, to fix it!nWhen he arrived he was on time, professional, courteous, explained what he was doing and stayed until he knew we were happy.nOf course I accept problems happen from time to time and all I as the customer can do is hope they are not abandoned after a sale is made.nThere is a yawning chasm between how the big bathroom stores and independents like J2 treat customers. I am delighted by this service from both Junction2 and their supplier who have been wonderful in their support of me as an existing customer.nWhen we are next buying a bathroom or kitchen we will go to J2. Buy with confidence.nnThank you again

I recently purchased four bathrooms for my new build from Junction 2 Interiors, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. I was looked after by Sim, who was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process.nnWhen I placed my order, Sim told me he would look after me and that if there were any issues with the products, he would sort them out—and he absolutely kept his word. A couple of items arrived damaged, and he got them replaced immediately without any hassle.nnSim really knows his products and took the time to go through every detail of the branded items I selected. I visited him three times before ordering, and it was never any trouble—he always greeted me with a smile and made the whole experience easy and stress-free.nnJunction 2 Interiors may not be the cheapest, but the quality of the products and the exceptional service made it well worth it. The items are premium, and the customer care is outstanding. I highly recommend them, especially if you want top-quality bathrooms and someone who truly stands by their word!
