Junction 2 Interiors

Fantastic customer service and I would strong recommend Junction 2 interiors to any of my friends. We used Junction 2 Interiors about 12 years ago and have since returned to them to help us refit our cloakroom and en-suite. We were impressed that the owner still knew our name when we walked in. This company is efficient and go the extra mile. They answer all your queries and if they say they are going to ring you/check something for you, they do. Their showroom is second to none - brilliant range of products. Gurps has been particularly helpful.

Nice showrooms. Both kitchen and bathroom staff very knowledgeable and helpful. Competitive with prices too....if you ask : ). Highly recommended.

I have used Junction 2 over the past 15 years and have always had exemplary service. The staff are knowledgable and very approachable. They always make you very welcome and give you lots of advice and assistance. The products supplied have always been good and delivered on time. I will certainly return.

Has lots of lovely items and also quite nice and friendly staff but can run up a nice large bill

Really surprised by the earlier review. We spent hours in here getting all the stuff we needed for six bathrooms and a cloakroom. Russell could not have been more helpful or knowledgeable. We initially sent him our building plans and he produced 3D images of the layouts of the bathrooms. This proved really helpful when choosing tiles as well as we could see how they would look. Russ went out of his way to accommodate the days we could visit the store (we traveled form near London) and we came to J2 because they had been recommended by a friend who had rebuilt her house. We did pay more than our budget but ended up with a high end product. We were absolutely delighted to have found this place as it saved hours of trawling high street stores and lots of shops. We got it all done under one roof in the space of two mornings. Well worth the driving time. It's also a lovely showroom with lots to see. Highly recommend.
