Fantastic store! 

Manager on duty was a real credit to the store.. friendly, professional and obviously customer service focused. I called first and then visited the store in person to return a faulty tv and the whole process was easy, stress free and made me feel like a valued customer. I will definitely be returning! 

In fact All staff, whenever I have visited (and it’s fairly frequently) have been helpful and friendly. Obviously a well led and managed store - a real credit to Argos. 
Great parking facilities and disabled access friendly.

One of the best shops of Oldbury , right location, lots of parking spaces , excellent service, friendly staff , well stocked ,customer friendly and always does SALE offers for their products, Recommend for electronics and electrical  goods, home appliances and consoles.
