Set in beautiful parkland yet only 5 minutes from the M62, this sought after venue is for those who appreciate great taste and quality at really sensible rates.

Located at the very heart of West Yorkshire, Leeds is just 15 minutes away, Bradford 10 minutes, Huddersfield 10 minutes and Halifax and Wakefield equally close.

There is on-site free parking for 150 cars and there is also a helicopter landing area for those wishing to drop in.

This is a wonderful hotel in a beautiful setting where good service is a priority and guests are the purpose of the business.

All the staff are absolutely lovely and really wanted to look after us my friend and I.nnThe facilities are good - sauna, steam room, foot spa, outdoor hot tub.nnWe each had two treatments, a back massage and a facial. Absolutely amazing!! So nice and I'm in a lovely daze now.nnWe had a light lunch double layered sandwich, crisps and side salad which was actually a large portion, I was really surprised!nnWould definitely go back.
Fabulous afternoon started with a warm friendly welcome and thrn our choice to begin with lunch gluten free no problem then onto our massages 25 minutes back and shoulder finished with 25 minutes facial. Absolutely brilliant with the marvelous Dotty who gave me the best back message I have ever had. Cannot recommend her enough. We were then left to use the spa facilities as we wished the outdoor jacuzzi was our favourite. Thankyou everyone you made our day everyone was so friendly and helpful and well deserve my five stars.
Pool was out of order at a spa?? No apology or offer of any money back. Everyone was packed into one sauna as we couldn’t access the other. One of the foot spa broken so couldn’t sit together. Just one tiny jacuzzi outside for 20-30 people to rotate between using and a steam room. Not worth the money IMO
I wouldn’t recommend going here if your wanting to be ingorwd whilst your at the spa and also when your trying to get a resolution the customer service is actually appalling. Booked 2x 50 min Mud Rasul afternoon tea for 2 on Sunday the 9th Feb but I booked this through SpaBreaks on the 7th Feb. I called them on the 7th once I booked it to make sure they have got my booking and I haven’t done it on a dodgy website as I’ve never booked through spa breaks before the lady on the phone confirmed they had my booking so that was fine. Get to the spa on Sunday and couldn’t find the booking. Then found it but left us in the bistro for well over 30 mins with not having a clue what was going on. They then told us we couldn’t have afternoon tea due to not having enough so to order off the menu. We went to get changed and we didn’t get offered no slippers as stated on the website I had to ask for my partners as I already brought flip flops but they said they may not have any as they was waiting on a delivery but nothing was mentioned on the Friday to bring own footwear incase. They found some for my partner so that was fine but should be telling customers incase they didn’t have any. We ate it was ok food not the best but not the worst but didn’t even get offered a drink with our food as they was no staff whilst other customers are sat having afternoon tea and processco. We then went into a private room for our Mud Rasuls and only got 25 mins but I have already paid for 50. We actually ended up going home before we had to due to the experience, service from the staff which was more bothered about talking about other staff than helping the customers. I have wrote a email to complain as I didn’t want to put it online without speaking to the Spa directly first. I was bombarded with a load of excuses which was no customers fault and not heard anything back since the 13th February after ending the email with Would you visit us again? Haha no I would not after the service. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. It’s a joke and a lot better places to go.
Been here for the 3rd time now and always love itnSteph was very attentive today whilst we was there ! Thank youn& also Dora if I’m correct did my treatment and relaxed me so much so thank you x
