Staff were very professional and polite. Rooms were adequate although they are looking a little dated in places. At stayed dinner, bed and breakfast. The dinner was fine with a set menu to choose from. My wife didn't like her pudding and although we mentioned it when we are asked if we enjoyed the meal, no alternative was offered. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice including cereals, toast , croissants and a full English buffet. Overall the stay says enjoyable and I would suggest looking for offers and promotions to save little bit of money.

We have just spent four days at Cedar Court Hotel, Huddersfield and yet again we weren't disappointed.  The room was warm and welcoming with tea and coffee facilities. We dined in the hotel on the first night and enjoyed 'Pie of the day,' a hearty homemade “proper” pie with chunky chips, mushy peas and a jug of gravy. I did have my eye on a dessert but after such a 'belly buster' there was no room left for another morsel. Breakfast is plentiful with a variety of foods from cereal, fresh fruit etc to a good old full English.  The staff are so helpful and friendly including Kim, who we have got to know very well over the years. The highlight of our stay is taking advantage of the gym facilities.  The inviting heated pool is very therapeutic for my osteoarthritis and a sense of freedom comes to mind. The sauna is so cleansing and the Jacuzzi so relaxing. As I have difficulty getting in and out of the bath in the room the showers in the changing room are so convenient and easier for me to use, another bonus for me.  It was reassuring to see Sarah, a friendly assistant with a bubbly personality, greeting us as we entered the gym. She always goes the 'extra mile' to ensure that we enjoy ourselves and nothing is too much trouble. We are looking forward to our next 'pamper' break in the very near future.

Leisure facilities are good but could probably do with updating. The afternoon tea was delicious with fresh sandwiches, scones and cake. We had a lovely afternoon!

Works night out so free bar but had to buy 1st round £21 for 2 pints and 2 G&T's! Had a meal - beef dinner, was absolutely beautiful but not enough of it ended up ordering a takeaway at home. DJ was ok.

I parked in the car park and saw no signs for paid parking. you would think at reception they would just ask you if you had used the car park and charge you. Instead i got a £60 fine because of the poor signage telling me you had to pay in the car park! Other than this it is ok for a business meeting.
