Such a caring surgery,nice receptionists (that alone makes a huge difference!) excellent care.

Since the system has changed my experience has been terrible. So you now have to speak to a doctor over the phone before you can see them face to face, even if you know you need to see a doctor. After plucking up the courage to actually ring up about my issue, I waited hours until after the surgery had closed for my phone call, for the doctor to only ring for a few seconds and then hang up not giving me a chance to answer it. Due to work commitments etc how is anybody able to hang around for hours waiting for a phone call? It will now probably be another 4 days until I can merely have a phone call with a doctor. The whole system is stressful, frustrating and upsetting especially when you have an issue which is constantly worrying you. I think this phone call appointment prior to face to face appointment needs to be got rid of, it makes seeing a doctor an unnecessarily long winded process; adding to the anxiety about going to the doctor in the first place. Not happy at all.

Have always had fantastic service- order your prescriptions on line it's very simple. Always get through on the phone and the receptionists are always very polite and caring.
