Great practice, I'm unfortunately no longer at the practice and have moved away. I'm just completing a medical and shocked to see the number of negative reviews. The experiences I have had have been positive. The staff have been professional and empathetic to all my situations. Sorry to have left.

Doesn’t even deserve a 1 star if I’m honest! I’ve been in and out of doctors for the past 9 months and my condition is getting worse I’m now taking it to the hospital now,all they kept doing was giving me prescriptions the same as the last time I went in and just gave me random things. Woudlnt recomend! Changing GPS

just want to make appoitment for my little son and line allways is busy.there is not a queue system been try to get appoitment 15 min. put you straight away to engaged. they should change your telephone system even dont want a give 1 star

I wanted to join this surgery, so I popped in to get the necessary forms from the receptionist. I was informed to bring a form of identification, and I suggested a driving licence. "Perfect" was the reply. So I returned with the forms promptly filled in, along with my driving licence. I handed the paperwork over and then informed that I had to supply 2 forms of ID, and was handed the forms back. Off I went to collect my passport and returned several days later with ALL the paperwork and ID's. I was then told that I needed some ID with my address on. I had enough at this point and ripped up the papers. I thought that if the receptionists were that useless, maybe the whole practice was. I suggest to everybody to stay clear of this incompetent surgery.

Used to be great now shocking....this is why people go to A&E....cant get through on the phone...cant get an appointment...if we do we don't know the GP and have no idea where we will be sent...makes being unwell more of a misery...its improving their figures by default as we just don't bother...lets hope we don't have anything terminal..
