Kind staff. Very helpful. Grateful to have the best surgery.
My 95 year old mum is a patient here and I live in the Midlands, from where I have to try to coordinate meeting mum's health needs. I can only say that I receive excellent support from the surgery receptionists, nurses, GPs and care support staff, who quickly reply to my requests and try to do what they can to keep my mum in good physical and mental health, which is not always easy.

This Surgery is one of two run by Chilcote Surgery, the other being in Hampden Road, St. Marychurch. The Surgery is well run by very efficient polite staff and the Doctors are also efficient and polite. Both Surgeries can be accessed by those in wheelchairs.
I'm shocked that people have given one star to a five star surgery . The surgery is outstanding .
Amazing surgery, all staff from front of house to all the nurses and DRS are incredible, over the past few years both myself and my husband have been given nothing but the best care and support, the extra care given during the pandemic has been top notch. A very big thank you to all.
Abysmal surgery. My partner suffers with a severe mental health problem. he was told once he got the diagnosis again as his records had been "lost", that his Dr would be able to help him. Well he had the diagnosis again months ago! And still NOTHING! All hes had is three letters asking him to call his Doctor. He did call, numerous times leaving countless voicemail messages yet STILL NO REPLY. AVOID THIS SURGERY! BUT IF YOU WANT AWFUL SERVICE, WAITING AN AGE FOR APPOINTMENTS OR FOR YOUR DOCTOR TO HELP? THEN CHILCOTE SURGERY IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!!
Absolutely awful attitudes, never been spoken to by a "Dr" with such disrespect and dealt with three of them. Flat out refused to issue my medication when needed additional amount for travelling or vacation so I couldn't go. And they have the attitude of whatever your problem is, its yours not theirs.
Sitting waiting for blood pressure test, now waiting too long, getting stressed so I would expect an odd reading. Jesus why can't you call to say how late your running! Think I'll but my own. Timewasters
