brunel medical practice was my doctors for twenty years and always treated me good. yes i had to alternate between the three surgerys.but that was so i could get seen as soon as possible. the irish lady doctor was the best one i ever had as would listen to what i had to say.cannot praise them highly enough and if i moved back to devon would enrol here again

At 14.00 hrs I Had to speak to the receptionist at Brunel Practice St Abans road . The receptionist informed me that she would get a Doctor to call sooner rather than later. Within 30 minutes Dr H from St Mary's church contacted me . I explained my condition and he referred me to Heart& Lung Dept Torbay. Dr H was efficient, and had arranged for me to have a chest X Ray. By 17.30 that evening he contacted me leaving s message about my results and sorting out a prescription. I think that is pretty fast service😁😁🤕

Just spent 15 minutes on the phone to be told all the appointments are gone except one in Shiphay (I am in Babbacombe). The only other alternative is an appointment in 2 weeks. Some good doctors if you can get to see them! Service is rubbish though.

They are rubbish you cannot make pre-booked appointments, you can never get through on the phone much and when you do the appointments are all gone. The doctors are nice but they do usually run late.

I VERY STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SURGERY AT ALL. I have been patiently waiting far too long for a doctor whom offered to refer me for a MRI SCAN done through the NHS and the doctor has only forgotten to do the actual MRI SCAN referral.
