You must ring between 8:30 and 9am to get an appointment, but the phoneline is engaged almost always during this time, and other times you are put on hold for 15 minutes. I had a condition that the doctors said I didn't, and after finally getting a hospital appointment by lying about the conditions severity, I got treated for something I "didn't have".

Not ideal system of doing things with getting appointments but unfortunately it seems the same in most places nowadays. But have always found staff helpful in person and on the phone

One star is one too many. Tried to call and book an appointment and the phone rang for 30 minutes. Went down there with my ringing phone and it wasn't even ringing. Apparently if you want an appointment you need to call after you leave for work to try and get an appointment but you aren't guaranteed to get one. They can book you in up to a week in advance but you need to plan on still being ill then. What's the point of having a phone booking service if it all says is "you are in a queue" and no one is going to pick up. Call another doctors if you want an appointment.

If I could rate this 0 I would have set times to ring for appointments have set times to ring for prescribtions do they not know between 10-4 people work so it's hard to phone then ... utter joke of a place and are clueless about how to treat people needs reveiwed and closed down
