Joined a few days ago. What a mistake!! The receptionist is a rude, unhelpful and aggressive personality. Call with Dr Aslam was one of the worst experiences dealing with medical professionals during my mental health treatment journey and a passive aggressive personality. Details sent by GP for inline data submission has limited attachments. So to add another attachment the receptionist “has to consult with the doctor”. They cannot disclose an email address for the use of a patient sending jn the required documentation, Avoid this place! I’m looking to move to another GP. If this is the first experience during the initial stage Imagine what the rest will be like! These are not people who are with mind to help pride a service to then community. Do yourselves a favour and go to a different GP

I decided not coming doctor in here again because of receptionist and doctors. Asked several time fot one of doctors always saying that doctor fully booked but same time give appointment to another person!unbelivable! I have hypertension but doctor telling you don’t have it that miracle! If I don’t have hypertension why you don’t refer me to specialists?!! Morning blood pressure with losartan was 14! You think I don’t have?! I was in hospital 2 days because of blood pressure it’s written my ducument ! If you check . unfortunately doctors checked just previous doctor notes and try to say something like that!! Hypertension is important why you don’t refer me to specialists just stop my 3 years meditation!? When you checked my blood pressure I was on my medication bp 14 /10 with losartan is it good?!!in the morning for people like me never drink alcohol and smoke!! So If happens a problem for me who responsible?!
A great People focused practice I’ve always found them extremely helpful and particularly today they averted a crisis by swift helping deliver a prescription which allows me to go on holiday with little worries about medication running out A big thank you to all concerned but particularly the Member of staff who took my call snd was so understanding It is much appreciated

Had a very bad experience with a relatively new doctor. Don't want to name who it was
Absolutely appalling service at this surgery. We've been with them over 30 years and over the last few months their receptionists and attitude overall has been shockingly appalling. Two weeks we've been waiting for a repeat prescription and they've still not got it ready. Over half a dozen calls between them and our nominated pharmacy. Both blaming each other for the error despite the fact the surgery confirmed a full repeat of all items had been received and verbally checked on Tuesday afternoon at 3:36pm. I went to collect the prescription today and still not correct. My wife has now ran out of medication and the manager's suggestion is we change surgery if we're not happy. Despite what their pre -recorded message tells you. They're admitted that calls are only recorded if they opt to record them when picking up the call. This isn't a one off either. Whilst I went to the surgery today to complain in person, there was someone at the counter in front of me having to complain about their prescription being messed up after over a week of waiting. The receptionist flung another prescription at the patient and said just fill this out again. Indeed before I could finish complaining to her she ran back in to the back office. The surgery says it closes half day once a month for training. What are they training on? It's not how to be sympathetic or do a job properly that's for sure. If it was not for Dr Adi we would change surgery. You ask for a call from the Manager to discuss issues and they never call or take weeks. We know it took three weeks of chasing to get a call back to discuss that last complaint
We are in 2022. Technology improved but some people still behaving as in early 1800. Banks are using telephone logins and online facility to change username and passwords. But in highfield surgery patients need to go there with an photo ID even to change their email.Why can't you do through phone many ways to verify their ID. This needs changing. Management needs yo look into this.
An appalling, digraceful service. Exteremly unpleasant reseptionist - she giggled over my situation with next patient at the counter- and their head manager is even worst than them. When I tried to speak to clinic manager he simply stated that he is not interested to hear me.... They don't give their name at all. You don't know who you are speaking to. They just announce that there is no appointment available and trying to drop the phone as fast as possible. Are we animal or human Being which suffering from saviour chronic pains. Just simply, try to avoid this surgery as much as possible.
