Please don’t register here! The staff is absolutely useless, you need a day off from work to stay over the phone and eventually someone will answer. I needed urgent appointments for my daughter, the next urgent appointment available was for NEXT DAY! How urgent is that? I ended up going to a&e , waiting time there was 6 hours. It’s disappointing! They should help us but they’re not! After being on hold for 45 mins, they hung up! Disgusting!!!
Tried phoning the surgery to get my pre- school child an appointment for her nasal flu spray and had no success every time I’ve rang they fully booked so emailed them asking them to either book her an appointment or to ring me back has they had my number in which got a reply to ring a surgery in Sedgley to book her flu nasal spray appointment. absolutely ridiculous when I don’t drive, I thought they could of easily booked her in or phoned me to sort it especially has the flu is bad this year and she goes to her grandparents house unvaccinated. Trying to right has a parent but this surgery can’t just be bothered to do a simple thing and arrange it.
Say as you find, over past 3 weeks have had chest issues, recieved anti biotics within 3 hours of first contact, had chest xray within 72 hours of first phone call, they phoned back promptly every time they said they would. Excellent service from all.
While doctors are great, it's nigh on impossible to get a appointment. I've had the line cut me off while I wait to speak with someone. I get told to call back at 1 to make appointments and no one answers the line. Or they have no appointments despite it being bang on 1 like they said.
So i have Been with Keeling house for 20 years, was shocked to see the reviews on here!, Keeling house is well established and is under the Birmingham University to get junior doctors through to full GPs. Dr Mahfouz is literally the best Dr ever, and Gill who has worked there for years too. Actually all the staff are golden and work hard. Let's be kind and respect the tough job they do day in day out
I have been asking for my meds to be synchronised since Sept 2021. I got a call from a Doctor who demanded to know where I got the meds I want to sync, he said they had no knowledge of them. Even though they have been authorising repeat prescriptions for almost a year. Even the Heart Failure nurse says they are useless.
Was once a really good doctors, been trying to get a repeat prescription for so long that the doctor has cancelled it, but not the medication that has to be taken along side it. Reception staff are rubbish. Shame how it’s gone down hill now
If I could rate lower i would, this doctors are a joke. I'm currently on hold and have been for the last 20 minutes, waiting to get an emergency appointment. When I finally get through there probably wont be any. As this is the case everytime I try and contact them. I even rang this morning at 8 and I was on hold again for 35 minutes and didnt even get through to anyone. I gave up in the end. All the receptions at this doctors should be sacked, they have one job. Answering the phones, and they cant even do that. When you do get through they are rude and refuse you appointments, I think they must think they are doctors. What they are is absolutely useless, I've never known a doctors like it. I do NOT reccomend to anyone, I'm considering moving doctors!
Keeling house surgery, you deserve thousands of stars in our hearts. Our family visited your surgery thousands of times over the years, and we have always found you very caring, very compassionate and committed. Over the years we all witnessed how things has changed, and surgeries had to adapt to this ever changing needs of ageing and growing population. Due to the nature of my future career, I have been in contact with so many other surgeries, and found you far the best of them all. Therefore, my family and I would like to publicly thank you for your excellent service.
Never any appointments at 9am in the morning always get told to phone back at 1pm… now I’ve got to use hospital resources
