Thought I'd balance out all the 1 star reviews. Had to get an appointment today, no problem at all booking online. Quick and easy. Pleasant receptionist and saw a lovely helpful doctor.

You can never get an appt. They scrapped the phone queuing and it took 16 days of ringing to finally get to see a GP. Disgraceful.

Like Anita, didn't even want to give them 1 star. We made 210 calls to the appointment line from 8.00 on Friday without getting through. We then phoned the general enquiries telephone number and gave up after being kept on hold for over 40 minutes. To add insult to injury we were told at regular intervals by a recorded message that our call was important to the surgery and would be answered as soon as possible. Obviously not important enough! I am considering camping on the doorstep overnight so that we can get appointment on Monday morning!

Didn't even want to give them 1 star after ringing from 8am to not even getting thru after making 100 calls for an appointment. Absolutely disgusting

TERRIBLE, worst doctors surgery in the world, cant EVER get an appointment, cant EVER get to speak to anybody, the surgery may as well close down as you would be no worse off!
