Rubbish excuse for a gp. Apparently, can’t give out Emergancy appointments anymore! There are NO APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLE FOR 2 WEEKS and no one will tell me when the next appointment is!!! I’ve made it clear to reception staff that I’m in pain and need to be seen but their only advice is go to A&E (when it’s not a serious enough issue) or wait for a phone call. A phone won’t see my stomach will it. The ‘doctors’ never seem to care about patients, they don’t take patients seriously, and don’t really look in to why things are wrong when we have a medical problem. Their answers are always antibiotics and blood tests. Nothing is ever taken further than that, even when the problem still persists. I’ve gone to this go many times explaining how I feel sick with certain food and drink and now that my stomach is having severe reactions, their solution is “stop eating and drinking whatever it is an you’ll be fine.” As doctors they should know that it needs to be looked in to to see if I’m allergic to anything or have an intolerance. But they don’t care. Time to start looking in to joining a new gp. Think I’ve put up with the treatment for long enough.

Phone queue times are extremely poor. Can waste 20 minutes easily and then can’t get to see a specific doctor. Online is not much better because not all doctors are bookable online.

I feel as if none of the doctors here in Churchill and their sister centre Chingway should be in practice, this not only includes the GP's but the ones in the clinic upstairs in Chingway all of whom seem clueless (for reference, both centres share the same doctors). After more than a year of going back and forth (16 months in total), I still haven't received treatment for my condition which is so severe now that it is impacting my quality of life. I've received no diagnosis and have been referred to different hospitals and clinics for separate treatments only to be told each time that they do not share information between one another about treatments (seems to be a policy of the NHS overall) which meant that on three separate occasions, I had to go back to my GP to get them to send the results of my blood tests, MRI scans, etc to these individual places. This has delayed a diagnosis. After making a complaint at the surgery, I was told "these hospitals do not share information" which I was obviously now aware of. What I don't understand is how the GP's themselves could not be aware of this fact and make the mistake of referring me to different places for follow ups for the diagnosis of my condition and not send any of my test results with the referrals. The clinic upstairs in Chingway blames the one downstairs and the one downstairs blames the one upstairs. There seems to be a severe lack of administration between the doctors here as well as within the referrals they do. On several occasions, the GP's have given me misinformation about treatments which I have later learnt is wrong from another. Who can I trust though when they all seem to be clueless? I'm not surprised, in my last appointment the GP was looking befuddled about my condition and symptoms and had to check on the computer to learn about it, only to give me a textbook response straight from the NHS website. Majority of the medications I've been prescribed have been meds from over the counter which were incidentally the basic stuff and the first meds mentioned for my condition on the NHS website. Even after telling them, I've already been through all of them, I was not listened to. I'm changing surgeries. If you value your health, you'd do the same. I've honestly visited most of the doctors here and not one here seems professional. I should have listened to bad reviews on the NHS website about this surgery but I didn't. At least I've learnt and won't make the same mistake twice.

Worst practice I have come across. They withhold your medication if you won't attend for a ridiculous "health review", they try and fob you off to the even worse Ching Way Centre. I am still waiting for a callback from a message left in March - it is now July. Should be shut down.

Horrible practice. Rude and practically vile reception staff, doctors are also rude and frankly away with the fairies, everything is done at 1mph. Waiting times are ridiculous I wait at least 50 minutes after my allotted appointment time, every time. Nightmare to even get an appointment, always 15th/16th in the cue when I ring at 8 on the dot when lines open. And there's no guarantee that you'll get an appointment I was in the queue from 8-8:20 and couldn't get one. Appalling staff, appalling wait times.
