Very friendly polite service. I woke up with a horrible pain in my wrist and fore arm and went to the GP twice that week only to be given pain killer... which didn't work. I decided to try Chinese medicine as it had been recommended. Saw the reviews on Google and decided to try here. Amazing! Dr Quilonh Xue gave me a consultation and proposed acupuncture and massage. After 1session the pain stopped and I am going back to make sure it doesn't come back. Nearly a week after my treatment and I can honestly say it works. I have my hand back, and with a 9week old baby I can't afford to be without it.

I was recommended Chinese medicine and to this specific clinic by a friend who experienced positive outcomes. Being Chinese myself and growing up in a western country, together with studying a PhD in biomedical science, I was accustomed to westernized medical theories, but had little/no knowledge in Chinese medicine. I was skeptical to try for the first time but I am so glad I did! I feel I must share my positive experience and voice out my gratitude.

I acquired a serious back injury, leading to chronic back and neck pain, after a sporting accident. I was initially treated at the A&E and later discharged from the hospital after I became stable and healthy enough to leave. However, since the accident I never felt the same, with aching type pains spanning from my neck to my lower back. Frequent visits to the hospital only resulted in an endless prescription of pain medication. There was nothing else the hospital could do for me and I knew this with my medical knowledge. This was when I went to my first Chinese medicine consultation at the Chinese Herbal Medicine and Healthcare Clinic. A move that has honestly changed my life!

Upon consultation I was examined and was told how Chinese medicine (including acupuncture) could help me. I had a pleasant in depth conversation about the medical theories involved and was convinced to go ahead for treatment. I started with an acupuncture treatment session followed by a deep tissue back massage. Honestly, after the first day I could notice the difference the treatments were making already! I felt lighter, more relaxed and most importantly less pain than I had felt before! I instantly booked a series of appointments (2 session per week for a month). After 2 months of treatment my back pain had completely disappeared and remained so for over 3 months now.

I cant express enough how much this has actually changed my life! Having chronic pain lingering over your head is not how life should be! Since then I have also been back for cupping and reflexology, both of which I would recommend. 
Overall I would definitely give the double thumbs up. Pleasant polite service, comfortable environment and most importantly it worked for me!

I've always enjoyed acupuncture since my teens as way of loosening muscle tension, repetitive strain injuries or sometimes just to have for fun. 

I have both massage {I have a blind masseur in Barking for my full body massages} & acupuncture every 4-6 weeks due to my lifestyle of Ballroom, Latin & Argentine Tangoing several days & nights per week as well as weekly horse riding. 

I came here to try somewhere new that was also local to me. What a fabulous surprise. I was greeted so warmly by Wei on reception who was really helpful and secured me an immediate appointment at noon so I could get to Enfield for the cinema at 2.30. You can book online but as my first visit I wanted to "feel" the place first.

I initially chose 30 minute acupuncture with 30 minute reflexology but changed my mind after the acupuncture to opting for shoulder massage instead of reflexology which they were happy to do instead. Xin Li did very well using heated lamps on the needles and good deep tissue massage techniques.

It's a busy practice with many therapy rooms proving how popular it is with returning clients so I would recommend booking online if you want a specific therapy, practitioner or time.

Price is very good in fact receptionist Lixia, who was exceptionally friendly and helpful suggested I book 5 sessions as the 6th is free which I did, so a fabulous carnet of 6 sessions for just £325 and worth every penny.

I highly recommend this practice as their great reputation is very well deserved.
