Re:- Blood test administration.

What jobsworth decided it would be a good idea to make succession tickets available only from 8.30 when there are likely to be a dozen sometimes more people already waiting? A sure recipe for chaos and making people uncomfortable unnecessarily.I have myself on several occasions had to make out temporary tickets to distribute and restore some vestige of order, which was greatly appreciated by those others waiting. This serves only to highlight the sheer stupidity of this pointless bureaucratic decision.
When I raised this complaint directly with the NHS they replied this was a local decision but not uncommon. For me, I cannot think of a sensible reason in this case. Certainly it is not designed to put the needs of patients/visitors first.

The worse practice ever rude staff, no appointments, call at 8 am there's no appointments!!
