My 84 year old Dad purchased his car from here in 2003, always has his car serviced at this Kia, his car is still going strong 15 years later. I took him yesterday for his services, kind chap in the car park saw me out on to the very busy road. I phoned this morning with a query following the service and again another friendly chap helped me with understanding it as I obviously have a duty to look out for my Dad, he explained everything and couldn't have been nicer. Very impressed with Kia at Ash.

Went in looking to buy a car but the sales advisor was clearly not interested and kept pushing us to come back later. After a couple of minutes when we could tell he clearly felt we were wasting his time we said we would leave it, at which point he was arguementative when all we wanted to do was spend some cash! Advise you go to another branch where you could actually have some customer service!!

Friendly professional staff and not too overbearing. We were test driving a car and I have got the appointment wrong but they accommodated me and were extremely friendly and helpful with no excessive sales push
