Thank you so much to Ken & James for helping me get out of a situation that I was left in by someone who used to work for Caffyns. They have been so professional, took ownership of the problem and helped me so much to get into a new car. They went through everything properly with me so that I knew exactly what I was signing. I love my new Vauxhall Adam and really appreciate their help.

Although an appointment had been booked and we were there and had booked in at reception on time, people who arrived without an appointment were seen first and 50 minutes after our time we went again to reception. We were told we would see the next adviser who although a very pleasant person was obviously inexperienced. We were shown no other cars (as advertised on 'Heads you Win Tails we lose' or anything else. All we were given was an up to date price for the car we had, which needless to say was more expensive. We we went to Ashford from Worthing it was a total waste of petrol.

Absolutely appauling, just called to see if they could help me remove one locking wheel nut as I dont have the key, I have travelled to Ashford for the day to be told they cant do it because they have too much paperwork!! Its a 30 second job to help a Vauxhall owner!! I'm disgusted at your complete lack of aftercare and strongly advise all potential customers to go elsewhere!

Absolutely disgusting experience! A girl called Vanessa was so rude and actually laughed down the phone at me ! Also virtually called me a liar. This amateur should never have been employed to deal with the public!
