I made a special journey to the station specifically to get help resolving an issue with my Oyster card. The female staff member at the ticket office short curly hair, glasses, roughly 5ft I believe was 2nd window from the left of the ticket office which she was oeprating from was unfortunately extremely rude and aggressive from the start. She openly complained that I was the last customer she had to deal with, that she wanted to go home, and told me to “make it quick.”This kind of attitude is completely unacceptable, especially when a customer has travelled a long distance seeking assistance. A simple Oyster query should never be met with hostility.Verdict: The service I received was shocking and well below the standard anyone should expect from station staff. While I understand end-of-shift fatigue, there is no excuse for treating a paying passenger this way. Hope this was an isolated incident and not reflective of the team as a whole. Very disappointed.
Really bad.- staff didn't even know what time the TFL phone line is open and advised that it wasn't open on a Saturday when it actually was until 7 pm. Really to be avoided talking to them if you can, particularly the hostile Indian older lady who refuses to serve you for the simplest ticketing problem and tells you to come back the next day, so that she can refuse to serve you again.
I want to formally complain about the recent experience on the train to Hayes. The train was held at the station for about 10 minutes without any prior notification or explanation. During this time, the destination of the train was suddenly changed, causing confusion and inconvenience for all passengers on board. The lack of communication left passengers uninformed and frustrated. This level of service is unacceptable and needs to be addressed to prevent similar situations in the future.
26 of DecembernThe monitor doesn't work and the 3 staff from entrance give wrong information about train schedules.nEven in the past when I ask them something the information was never accurate.
Easy to navigate through this station, staff were friendly and helpful. Only downside was no drop and go option via car outside the station making it difficult if travelling with luggage.
