In common with many stations they remove trains from the departure board 2 minutes before departure, so if you arrive 2 minutes before, you think there's no train even though it's plenty of time to walk to the platform.nThey have also now blocked the concourse windows so you can't see the train coming in. Apparently to stop people running for the train, but I'd have thought you're now more likely to run because you don't get the reassurance of seeing the train isn't there.nNo doubt due to insurance liabilities than serving passengers or should I say 'customers'.nAt west Ealing the departures board says 'due' when a trains arrival is imminent. Seems far more grown up to me.nIn it's favour the station has toilets and a Costa on the platform.
Ealing Broadway with all its brilliance, pulsating from life, the crossroads of several types of transport, modernly equipped, comfortable and welcoming! Free toilet. Food, beverages, FMCG, normal prices.nI recommend!n5 stars!
Ealing Broadway is a regional hub station in West London. Overground connections to central London's Paddington and Slough and Reading to the west. There are several bus routes that can be accessed immediately outside the station and district and central lines on the underground start here. There is a waiting room and toilets on the right just after you go down the main stairs.
Very busy station which is severed by the Central District & Elizabeth lines. Lifts are available at this station to all platforms two coffee stalls available inside the station on the platforms.
