Nice big place, staff were great but the food was very small portions, great price. I've been to quite a few Nando's restaurants in my time and I just thought the portions were quite small
Went when quiet about 2pm mid week. Service was pretty good, food was not bad with some healthy side options. Price for bottomless drinks OUCHY! The light fittings in the large central divide look like ash trays, are at table level and are filthy!! Deep clean, lights upgraded/replaced and it would get an extra star.
Went in for diner by the time we where half way through it the food was cold as the restaurant must have been at -5 inside it was absolutely shocking we never finish as far to cold to enjoy it .... table 28 around 4pm there was a lady who had to sit with gloves scarf and hood up ... Let's say I want be back till summer I did say to the staff about it and the poor girl was also freezing
First time visiting Nando’s, my friends and family never understood why I never fancied a Nando’s but to be honest I’m not a chicken lover. The food was good and the staff friendly. Shall I return to Nando’s? Probably.
We got a takeout during covid, our first takeaway in 3 months. Half of the chicken I got was 5*+ but the other half was soooooo dry overcooked burnt and ended up in the bin It's such a shame that we got pieces that were clearly being kept warm for a very long time See attached images.
Great food. The drinks glasses we were given had a strange red pattern on it which was a little odd but the actual meal was lovely. The virtual queueing was a great idea. Meant we weren't waiting about unnecessarily which didn't waste our time and was safer for everyone when there's not lots of people waiting. Great idea.
It's a nandos! It's cheeky! BUT - it's got great parking in the shopping center outdoor car park, it's really easy to get to and the staff are nice. I've had take out several times and it's been fine every time. The parking is free after 6pm, before that expect to pay. Parking: Free parking after 6pm in the shopping center outdoor car park.
Awful experience if I'm honest - 2 stars because the food was okay but the staff was super unfriendly, the whole restaurant was sticky and dirty, other people were served wrong items and our glasses were dirty. When we asked about fresh glasses we were ignored
Have been to Nando’s Livingston twice now. The food was excellent but the staff were outstanding, both times beks and lorn went above and beyond not only to myself my daughter and granddaughter but were like this with every customer. Can’t wait to come in again when I’m in Livingston.
OK to packed specially at the weekend sometime you can wait for a table so be wise to phone in some times it come and goes the staff are very good in less you can have a table on standby you be better coming during the week there shopping area is very popular for the surrounding area plus there football so be extra careful to remember they have football on a Saturday taxi's and buses are full.
