A well-kept park with lovely planting. There are a few quiet places to sit and enjoy a book or take in the fresh air. The war memorial is perfectly upkept, and there are also some relaxed activities to enjoy in the rear gardens. Within the building, there is also a cafe with toilets for a quick bite if need be.
Nice little green area close by the town centre. It has a beautiful walled garden that's fairly well accessible considering the structures age, but the trees and flowers throughout the park are beautiful.nThere's a lot to do for such a small space, and it's touching to see memorial trees continue to grow year on year.nIt's a great place to get a short walk around.
You enter and leave through a small space in the wall and it can cause some congestion as there is only space for 1 vehicle. The car park is small. There is a play park but it's not the biggest. It has swings,climbing frame some adventure equipment not much else. There is big grass area where you can play football/badminton or if you have a dog let it run about.There is a small walk round the park and the path is in very good condition. The toilets are in the main building and the cafe is located here as well. The walled garden is quite nice and has a lovely water feature. There is lots of seating about the park but not many picnic benches.
Fantastic, tranquil park not far from Falkirk Town Centre. The walled garden maintained by The Cyrenians is beautiful. There is also an excellent cafe, restored dovecot, war memorial, child's play area and tennis courts.
Great little park complete with decorative walled garden open to public 10am til 3pm. Lots of little interesting aspect to garden for kids to enjoy, fairy doors, statues, and a play park with a sunken pirate ship and climbing frame, swings etc.
