Air Thrill Wonderworld in Falkirk.nDedicated Disabled Entry/Exit. Divided in 2 floors accessible by lift. Nice large Cafe on 1st Floor with large sitting tables available. Plenty of sitting arrangements on bottom floor too. Disabled toilet at bottom floor. Very large play area. Trampoline and Inflatable play area for all aged kids. Lockers also available which is handy. Free parking outside with dedicated disabled parking spots.
We've used air thrill before and usually quite happy with the experience but left today pretty disappointed. Every table dirty, covered in rubbish and crumbs, we had to wipe our table down before we could actually sit, floor was disgusting for children walking about in socks. Music was horrendously loud to the point you couldn't even hear each other talking over the table at one another. It was fairly gross. Staff just floating around. Refillable slushes with a young girl serving them who looks like she'd much rather be elsewhere, know it certainly put my child off from asking for another. Loved it being so local to us but definitely don't think we'll be considering coming back after today's trip. Pretty poor service.
Very well setup. Lots for any age of kid and very accommodating to the adults. Much cleaner and in better condition than many other soft Plays
Excellent fun for kids. Staff brilliant and now have a wider menu to choose from.nCouldn't fault it at all and have been bringing my kids here for years.
Took my niece the first time she enjoyed it. However afterwards I went back to Service desk to purchase more gift vouchers and no one was at the desk to serve us. We wait almost 20 minutes. The soft play staff said they must be doing handover and shouldn't be long. When I and another lady complained, the worker was grining when we asked for the manager. When the other worker came, their attitude was not great. There were a few families queuing at thos point.nnWe asked for a discount of some sort, and she wrote on the back of my gift receipts with a crayon for free drink. I asked why she was writing it with a crayon. To which she said I don't have a pen. I shook my head. Another worker then handed her a pen. No apology, for wasting our time waiting to be served was a joke.
