Really helpful company. Made sure that we made it to a wedding in time, even finishing a previous job slightly early to ensure we made it. Would definitely recommend.

Driver was 10 minutes late. He said it was due to traffic in town centre. But I informed booking office that I had to catch a train and that the taxi being on time was essential. Luckily the train was 2 mins delayed and I made it, but it would have cost me +£50 for a new train ticket.

This was my first time to the Diss area and the company was really welcoming and accommodating.

Upon my return back to Diss station, again I had no issues with them - as we had pre-booked when I first arrived at my destination.

I shared a few jokes with the driver on both trips and found that he was pretty laid back and eased my nerves of feeling safe when visiting a new area for the first time.

I would highly recommend this company, not just because they say what they'll do and stick to it but also because they really are nice - overhearing conversations that the driver - who is also the owner had with other customers showed me genuinely cared for their well-being.

If you are going to Diss and its surrounding areas, then I would highly recommend these people. You won't be disappointed.
