Black fabric sofa really nice but using after few months you can realise its quality is very poor. Filling material is same like as pillows filling. I had mines on Christmas and the filling starts to come out through the material. So it’s waste of money.
I’m giving this 1 star because no stars isn’t an option, BE WARNED, ABSOLUTE COWBOYS OF THIS INDUSTRY, ordered a sofa and paid same day, the delivery date got delayed by three weeks and then when the sofa was delivered I got told “got some bad news it’s not the sofa you ordered” we had no choice but to accept the wrong sofa in the wrong colour, the owner had absolutely no clue how to run this business and nothing about customer care and has upset each and everyone of us by his handling of this; when you pay for something and spend weeks looking forward to receiving it to be given something completely different is devastating, please reconsider using these

It was a complete waste of time they took my deposit on a black leather 2 seater and a chair in August then called me and said they needed the full payment so as to get the furniture. I then had 5 different delivery dates each time promising the suite was on its way I then had a call with a delivery date when the suite arrived it was the wrong colour, grey not black ,After a trip back to the shop only thing I could do was get my money back they just said they couldn't get black and offered me grey or brown just a complete farce.
Got in touch Tuesday about 2 new mattresses needed quickly and they were delivered on Wednesday. They even accommodated us when we explained about working patterns and the need for specific delivery time. Bought other furniture previously and have never been disappointed.
Went into shop Monday and bought a mattress , it was delivered Tuesday , excellent quality and value for money. Delivery guys were great and followed covid rules wearing masks and where so helpful. Support local businesses like this one and get the personal service . Thankyou so much .
After being let down by another company I got in touch with direct furniture to order a bed and mattress. They were very helpful when messaging them and were able to deliver the same day. Very happy with my bed and mattress which was simple to assemble and looks great
The delivery guys were very pleasant, had their masks on, took old sofa and all the packaging off the new one. Very pleased with the service, quick and efficient delivery. Would highly recommend

Orderd two settees form them,delivery was supose to be 4 weeks but they arrived in 1 week, the quality is excellent and they look amazing.very happy thank you
