Very poor customer service, serious staff training need at the store. Ordered on line to collect in store, board at the entrance gives instruction, tap in code, wait by the board someone will bring out the order, after 15 minute wait I went to the checkout, staff member had my order but couldn't be bothered to walk over to the collection point. When I pointed out the instruction on the board, she sniggered and said 'I Know' and sniggered again.nnNot the 1st issue at this store either, my last order wasn't ready and a staff member told me I hadn't received the collection text, even though I had already shown it to another staff member !nnThe time before that I had placed an order for plantation shutters, all went well until the fitter came, and told me they were wrong size and I would have to wait 3 weeks whilst they made another set. NOT impressed Dunelm.
Went for new pillows, lovely girl helped us find what we wanted. Stopped for a bit of lunch. We were ignored for a while while 2 members of staff chatted between themselves. My hubby wanted a bacon roll, it was 1.30, was told these finished at 12. We shared a toastie and a piece of cake. Was ok. Just wouldn’t bother again. Got the feeling they just wanted to go home. No customer service at all.
Visited this store today looking for rug and electric knife found rug and this kind gentleman helped to get out of basket then looked for the knife for me even went in the store room to check but unfortunately didn't have one but carried the rug to the till for me and if that wasn't enough he carried it out to my car so a big thank you to nigel who went out of his way to help me such kind man
Large carpark including disabled. This store has a large selection of household goods which are all well laid out. The staff here are very friendly and helpful.There is also a nice restaurant located inside the store for refreshments. Most things you need for the house are available here
Absolutely shocking customer services in store. Told to 3 different stories in the space of 5 minutes, apparently order wasn't there even though customer services confirmed it had been delivered to store yesterday! Anyway customer services at the call centre were very helpful and sent an email for the store to sort the order ASAP and that I would recieve a new ready to collect later that day. I made a formal complaint about the way the older staff in store were speaking not only to me but to others like dirt the younger cashiers were amazing, polite friendly and trying thier best to help. Low and behold my order is apparently out of stock now and the store not the company has cancelled the order the item isn't stocked at that store anyway. Fine but why can I still order it online if it's out of stock?? Abit strange really. Avoid at all costs!
