I'm not quite sure what other SCS stores are like but this was one of the worst shopping experience's of my life.From the second I walked in I was pounced upon by the staff.When I explained i just wanted to browse around I was followed around being bombarded with questions about what i was looking for.I informed the staff member that I wasn't looking for anything in particular i just wanted to have a look at the merchandise, he then proceeded to say how he doesn't understand how I can be not looking for anything in particular. (Incredibly rude)....because I had my mother with me I was trying to keep calm despite the feeling of being trapped and cornered by staff.I did spot a lovely sofa I may have been interested in but due to the way I was treated I decided I would rather look elsewhere.I actually explained to one man that he was making me feel uncomfortable so I was going to leave and he was shouting after me a so left "what's your problem I'm only trying to help".......I would never shop here in the future and do not recommend it to anyone.How this shop continues to trade this way is a mystery.

Customer service was poor. We were informed on many occasions that we had 10 days to collect our sofa, however received a number of phone calls from them insisting we had 7 days to collect. We were also told that someone else could collect on our behalf yet informed otherwise on the phone. The woman at the service desk had no customer service skills in person or over the phone.

This is a horrible store to go into, the staff treat you like bait the second you walk in and then followed around the store from that moment onwards hopefully to get a sale. I would never buy from here.

Would never recommend anyone to get anything from this place poor customer service, husband was trying to get through to them for 20 minutes and they just kept on putting the phone down. after waiting 2 months for our sofa and rug to arrive then We only had the sofa delivered and they said we didn't pay for the rug to be delivered when we paid £65 for it, to then say our rug aint in till 2nd January guess what still no rug and they're not answering after 28 times of calling them!! so annoyed with this place !! Appalling!

I completely regret ever buying my sofas from SCS. I have had nothing but problems from the get go. I have purchased another one since from DFS and they've been great. I strongly recommend people go anywhere other than SCS. if I could give no stars I would...
