I wrecked my fault part of Howdens kitchen unit. The staff were absolutely brilliant and fixed me up with a replacement part and couldn't do enough to help. Great service, great company.
We needed an extra cupboard to finish our kitchen .Rang Howdens spoke to a young man who dealt with my inquiry had to ring back later on during the day spoke to another young man . I have to say they were so lovely and helpful. Working with a much reduced work force yet still happy to help. Cant praise them enough. Howdens please take note these few workers who are doing there best in this awful situation need recognition. Thank you boys
Wanted a specific type of flooring but it was the wrong colour, however it was not their fault

Friendly and effective staff! They were able to arrange for my products to be delivered in less than 24hours!
Brilliant place very helpfully and the girls know what they are selling which is always a bonus iam really bad with names but theres a lady who wears glasses and works on the sales counter the 5 stars are all for her she will always try to help you out give you the best prices and alway serving none of that give me 2 minutes and 10 minutes later your still standing there like a pilchard we used use magnets alot well all the time but never go in there now there price are the same if not better and the service is the best you can get well done
