Absolutely disgusted with the service I’ve received “ or haven’t this afternoon “ after going into the store to purchase a new kitchen & bathroom suit I was told that everything on display in the kitchen showroom is being discontinued, when I questioned when the new stock is arriving I was told in three months time , I asked is it possible that the current stock could could make up enough units to fit my kitchen I was told no “ even without telling him any information of the required units “ . Zero interest from the Asian man who’s department is the kitchens so I will certainly not be returning to the Wolverhampton branch “ even though this is now my nearest store “ and after previously having two kitchen & bathroom suits from Homebase in the last eleven years I can quite honestly say I’m totally disgusted by my experience. I shall be returning to my previously used Homebase store in Sellyoak because not only do they understand customer care they also have an excellent level of service & professionalism and have an interest in actually doing their job .

Fantastic service from a man i think his name Shawn, he cut some mdf for me to make some pelmets, what fantastic service, nothing was too much trouble, he is an asset to homebase wolverhampton, really nice person and fantastic customer service.

Went up for the mind-bendingly simple task that is acquiring bubble wrap, as I had checked Homebase's website and it said they had 6 rolls left at £4.99. I get there and bubble wrap is nowhere to be seen, whilst staff aimlessly mill about like wild beasts grazing on the Serengeti. I attempt to communicate with one, by saying, "Sorry to ask, but where's the bubble wrap you sell?" and am greeted as if I was talking in Martian. After a while he details that its kept outside on a big roll and you have to cut it yourself, but it's only 29p a metre. I trek outside, because, of course, it's the natural place to keep a material used for packing things. After searching for 5 minutes, I find they have nothing but the rolls the website suggested, which are mysteriously now £10.99. I take a roll in to explain my dilenma and another staff member tells me its on a big roll, but it might be inside. Again, she says "It's much cheaper". I spend another 10 minutes looking for the stuff, with no joy and ask a third member of staff. "Oh, sorry, we haven't got any" is the reply, leaving me with the task of wrapping an eBay package with something less rare/cheaper, like swan's tears or unicorn hair.
