We have used the Services of Dey's Family Funeral Care now 3 times in the last 19 months, for both of our beloved Fathers, and most recently for our beloved Daughter. The attention to detail, and for a personal touch 2nd to none, I can not recommended this family run business highly enough. All of them were with us every single step of the way, and nothing, and I mean nothing is too much trouble for them. Neil and indeed all of his team show so much empathy it is truly beautiful, and it's clear to see that it's all felt directly from their hearts. Thank you so much to everyone there who make unbearable moments so much more bearable. Diane and Trev Wood.
It’s taken me a while but I just want to thank Neil and his team for everything. His care, attention and compassion shown to our family in a short space of 4 months has been amazing. First for the care of my Dad in August 2022, followed by the care my brother and sister in law received for their daughter in December. I know where I want to go to be cared for, when it is my turn.
Well at the hardest of times this family run business was there for us! They went above and beyond to take the most amazing care of my husband our children’s father. Neil and his team put us all at ease and made sure that we knew that nothing was too much trouble! They treated us the way I know my husband would have wanted. The level of care and understanding between passing away and the funeral was that of excellence! They treated the love of my life with the dignity and respect he deserved and for that I will be eternally grateful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company and I most certainly would use their services again if the need arose. Once again. Thank you all!!!!

At that moment in your life, when your family face the pain of saying goodbye to a loved one, Dey’s is there and won’t let you down. Neil and his team are, I’m sure, the best there is. The moment we spoke on the phone, I knew everything would be done with compassion and dignity. Face-to-face Neil is equally as genuine and caring. Neil’s wife created the floral tributes, which were beautiful and she too was a source of comfort to my mother. A huge thank you to all at Dey’s for making a difficult time a little easier.
As a family we could not Thank Deys enough for their support, help and advice. They cared for my mum with dignity and respect. All staff were compassionate and very helpful when ever we spoke or met. The celebrant recommended, gave a heart warming service; which felt like she knew our mum. Deys are a family firm and their passion and dedication showed. Whilst I hope not need their services to soon, I know without a doubt who we would contact.
Recently lost my father and chose Dey's to look after the arrangements as they were a local company. After meeting Niel and team for an initial meeting I was confident they were a great choice. I would highly recommend not just for their professional service but also their care and compassion at a difficult time. They made everything so easy and it was clear their motivation was to treat me with care and respect and deliver exactly what I wanted, I felt valued and looked after at all times. They were on hand to answer questions and help me through the unknown, nothing was too much trouble. If I could give 10 out of 5, I would do. Highly recommend.
If I could I would give more. Today we said goodbye to my stepdad and Deys helped us every step of the way through this most difficult of days. From the very beginning Neil and his team have been amazing, nothing is too much and they will do anything needed to see your loved ones have the send off they deserve. Providing ideas and suggestions at times when your mind is everywhere else. The care and respect they afforded to my mum at this difficult time and mostly my stepdad was second to none. I would recommend only Deys to anyone. Thank you so much on behalf of my stepdad Graham Atkinson he would have loved it xx
Dey's funeral care were amazing. Neil was amazing and very caring when I went to see my grandad. I can't thank him enough. His words and care at the funeral made the day that little bit easier. The day was perfect, thank you so much.
