Perhaps the hardest task when you lose a loved one is that first call to a funeral director, as that is when what has happened becomes real. So, to feel that you are speaking with a friend at that time is very comforting. From his first visit, Robin put me at my ease and I felt that nothing was too much trouble for the staff at Carpenter's. Their attention to detail was reassuring, and no query or request was too small or insignificant to receive their full attention. From the beautiful flowers, to the tastefully presented order of service, to the gentle shepherding of family and friends at the crematorium, every detail was exactly as we'd hoped. Even our very particular choice of music was accommodated without hesitation. Your loved one deserves the best, and that is exactly what Carpenter's provide.
