At that moment in your life, when your family face the pain of saying goodbye to a loved one, Dey’s is there and won’t let you down. Neil and his team are, I’m sure, the best there is. The moment we spoke on the phone, I knew everything would be done with compassion and dignity. Face-to-face Neil is equally as genuine and caring. Neil’s wife created the floral tributes, which were beautiful and she too was a source of comfort to my mother. A huge thank you to all at Dey’s for making a difficult time a little easier.

Quite simply - don't go anywhere else. So much care and sensitivity from these people who made a difficult day totally heart-warming. Prices were more competitive than any we had seen and everything was just perfect. On the day they really look care of my daughter who was heavily pregnant and supported us throughout. Now we have been invited to a Christmas service for our loved ones - what a lovely touch - I wish there were more people like this in the world.

I couldnt recommend Deys any higher. Everyone will met or spoke with could not be more helpful or respectful. They completely took the stress out of a stressful situation. They were the cheapest by far and that did not show in the service we received. They couldn't have arranged a more respectful and appropriate service for my father in law and we are so grateful to them for that.

Recently lost my father and chose Dey's to look after the arrangements as they were a local company. After meeting Niel and team for an initial meeting I was confident they were a great choice. I would highly recommend not just for their professional service but also their care and compassion at a difficult time. They made everything so easy and it was clear their motivation was to treat me with care and respect and deliver exactly what I wanted, I felt valued and looked after at all times. They were on hand to answer questions and help me through the unknown, nothing was too much trouble. If I could give 10 out of 5, I would do. Highly recommend.

GENUINE CARING STAFF, THANK YOU FOR HELPING US THROUGH AN AWFUL TIME ....KINDEST REGARDS FROM THE PALMER FAMILY, WOODLANDS. XXX From the very first phone call Neil spoke to me as a friend at a time I needed support, EVERY member of staff was the same, absolutely no edge. Neil was available 24hrs a day, his care for my mum at the crematorium is something I will remember for the rest of my life, at the end of the service Neil walked up to my mum and gave her a massive hug, not just a business type handshake as I have seen many times at previous funerals...... this was the most difficult time for me as a son, watching his heartbroken mum walk away from my dad for the last time, it really helped my mum because we all know the end of the service is the part we all dread. I feel I must remark on the price of the funeral; Dey's were the cheapest in Doncaster and only asked for £1000 deposit, most other companies wanted FULL payment before the funeral, my dads insurance cover has taken over a month to arrive so yet again this was a massive worry we did not have to think about. Please do not be put off by the competitive prices quoted by Dey's, the company do not cut corners and the cars are beautifully kept, the lad's carrying my dad also wore yellow ties at no extra cost.
