My first and only experience of dealing with walkers funeral directors of Bentley Doncaster was not a good one On telephoning them to make arrangements to see my late grandma , I was told ... They don't last very long you know so lid has been put on !!! You can imagine my misunderstanding and disappointment that it was no longer possible to say my last good byes to grandma before her final journey next Friday 17/6/16 . I telephoned back to say how disappointed I was and wanted to make a complaint ,because in my own opinion I feel they could have done more to try and preserve my grandma's body ... To be told " I have been told to take no notice of you ,and hang up!! This is terrible practice when dealing with grieving families and personally I would not use this company .
Excellent service, prices are very reasonable. No hard sell just genuine concern.I cannot recommend highly enough.
