Quiet little Bistro style dining, attentive and friendly staff. Food was good and presented well. Atmosphere was abit dull and no ambience. Overall a good experience.Food: 4/5
We tried this pasta with creamy salmon that was really nice but we also tried this aubergine parmigiana that was absolutely delicious. I would say that if you’re not super hungry just asked 1 parmigiana for two people, it’s gonna be enough
Lovely little treat of a place. Been here a few times over the years. Last night we fancied dessert and cake. Sat at a pavement table and had delicious Tiramisu and an espresso. Had to try the freshly made Zabaglione ... and loved it. Great service and a bit of a chat. Well worth a visit. Enjoy Wheelchair accessibility: Level entry.
Sophie’s was a really great experience!! We had such a nice dinner with all the best of the Italian food. We recommend for group of friends, families and romantic couples. If you’re in London you should definitely come to Sophie’s. Great food and nice experience, especially with the kind garçon.
Im afraid I am not sure I would recommend this for a group. The service was minimal, and at the end of the meal we were not naturally offered desert, for example took our order and serve it, and then no further contact. And had to request to see the desert menu after many attempts to call for attention. On the first call, one lady looked at us, acknowledging it, but instead decided to ignore it with attitude and then went inside into the kitchen instead. It’s a shame because the food was actually quite nice albeit being very pricey.
The staff were lovely and attentive. We were a group of 5 and opted for the 3 course menu, everyone enjoyed all of their courses. I would recommend and would definitely return. Thank you
Lovely lunch here for a reunion of 11 people. The waiter was great and was very happy for us to take our time. The set menu was very good value.Food: 5/5
Nice food - Amazing service by a lovely lady called Fatoush - absolutely stellar service, really went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, gave good recommendations on the menu, brought drinks and food on time. Food was good, tasty, good sized portions, cozy atmosphere - will definitely come here again, even if its just for the service!
Asked for gluten free and was assured would be able to cater for me. Had a few concerns when the dessert menu was offered and waiter didn't understand gluten free and asked another waiter who shook his head to confirm they didn't have any. Later that evening I had a coeliac attack which confirmed my fear that my main meal was also not gluten free. My two day stay was completely ruined by this restaurant knowing we were visitors and only wanted to make a quick buck.
The same song was on while I was there. The food was average I was hungry and ate it but could have left it on the plate, which is very unusual someone came and ordered panettone and she replied, what's that? Not so italian!Food: 3/5
