Bought a hot chocolate and had a lovely conversation with the woman behind the counter. The hot chocolate was at first too hot to drink, but was perfect after I finished my conversation with her. Will certainly visit again.

Great little place tucked away in Kensington Gardens, near Notting Hill. Although a "French" place by appearances and offerings, the owner is a lovely Portuguese lady. Very friendly. Great coffee and pastries!
Service there is rude, grumpy and there is no customer service skills. She ignores you if she wants to. I will not be visiting ever again. I asked to use the toilet and I literally felt like I had to beg her to use it, even though I was a paid customer. Same price of food and better service elsewhere,
