Showing its age, and is far out smarted by the new John Lewis and other major retailers. Best thing is to look out for its blue cross sales. Staff are nice and central location. Just from a man's perspective there is very little in term of clothing or anything. It is in essence a women's store.

Nice department store, I went at blue cross sale time so great for the bargains, got everything you need for a department store, only thing was the lift for the push chair was small when had only a few people in and used by the store staff to move goods about

Great store with plenty of helpful staff on hand to answer any questions. The only fault is alot of stairs to climb which maybe a problem for some hence the 4 star rating. I have seen bigger sections in some Debenhams but it was about right for thr size of the town . Its definitely worth a visit but be prepared for stairs!! I think they was a small lift there too but cant be sure.

Myself and my family have been holidaying in Harrogate over the past few days and visited your restaurant twice for breakfast. Each time the staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The food was piping hot and beautifully arranged. We felt that it was great value for money and really tasty. A real treat and on a par with any upmarket restaurant where you would pay twice as much. Will definitely be back next time we visit Harrogate. You're doing a great job ladies! 😁
