Very pleasant experience dealing with Nick from Alexanders. The process of buying the car started "difficultly" but Nick's service, communication and attention to detail swung the deal around. Quality products, really good prep standards and good honest service, 100 times better than a main dealer!! Happy to recommend and will be hoping to buy again in the future from Nick.

Found the car on Autotrader , made a phone call and spoke to Keith . Got a personalised video of the car within minutes with everything we asked about the car . After a few days we decided to go with it . A bit of paperwork later and a few signatures the car was on our front looking fantastic. Great to deal with and would definitely advise their services .

Usual great support from Natalie and the team at Alexanders.     In for the annual service and MOT on my Aston Martin.  All done with no issues or addons.  Great showroom to look round and courtesy car to make the day work for me..  would recommend.

Fantastic place! Just bought Christmas a great spec and fairly priced car from Keith and Dave. Keith did the initial view and handover, extremely friendly and professional. Normally get treated differently in garages being a female into cars but Alexander's is completely different! Great service throughout and recently had a catch up to see how I was getting on. Outstanding in every way. From first contact, they can’t do enough for you, got dropped off back home while my vehicle was being serviced, clear explanation of the work being undertaken, complemented by a safety check video, was kept up to date with progress, and even got a complementary wash and vac. All this and   still costs less than the main dealership! ! Great people, happy to return next time.

First class experience from start to finish! I recently purchased a 911 Carrera S from Alexander’s and the whole process was as smooth as I could’ve hoped for. I initially dealt with Ben Brown who outlined my options clearly and efficiently. Was sent an all round personalised video of the car prior to viewing and he worked to cater for the needs I required regarding the spec etc. David Sellwood was great too. He oversaw the sale when I arrived to collect, went through the car thoroughly with me and made the overall purchase a very smooth and enjoyable one. The aftercare was also second to none. A couple of courtesy calls to ensure I was happy with the cars performance and made sure everything was 100% as it should be! Would definitely recommend Alexander’s if you’re looking for a top end reliable service from start to finish!

Having purchased my Golf GTI from Harvey Cooper Cars the sister company to Alexander’s Prestige I had the very common issue on these cars of the water pump failing after a few months of ownership. The group bent over backwards to ensure my car got sorted and the Workshop did an excellent job. I was always kept in the loop with any information and the job was carried out in a timely manner. All covered under the supplied warranty too!

I bought a used MX5 from Alexander's sister company, Harvey Cooper in Ripon. The sale was flawless and soon after, I took the car to Alexander's for an anti rust treatment. The level of genuine care and willingness to help displayed by the team of young people working within this business is difficult to describe. And this was at opening time on the day after a Bank Holiday weekend! Outstanding. Simply outstanding.

I purchased my car from Alexanders Prestige approx 2 years ago. The whole process was extremely professional but also made simple and fuss free by the wonderful team, a few phone calls and delivered to my door soon after. Within a few days and following months there were a few glitches which whilst extremely frustrating, I am over 100 miles away, were dealt with as quickly as was possible, on every occassion I was loaned a very clean and nearly new courtesy car. I have returned for MOTs and routine serving since owning the car, the last time just a week before last, realising my MOT was about to expire phoned, spoke to Natalie on the Tuesday, car was booked in for Thursday. By 1400hrs on Thursday I was on my way home with an MOT and full set of brakes. The fact I run a business but am happy to travel all that way says it all, such a pleasure to deal with, so much so that I look forward to my next visit.
