Easy entry and exit. Get App to pay, no tickets to collect. You can extend parking with the App. Closes at 12 but free from 8pm until 8am so you can leave car there. Fine for small to medium cars but larger ones will need a bit more care getting into and out of spaces as the gap between rows isn't that wide. Convenient place for theatre Royal and shops but you do need to walk up the hill !
Parking spaces far to small and got charged £13 for a 1.45hour stay even tho my ticket said £2.48 checked in and out kept tickets as proof as this is not the first time this has happened cannot get any further trying to get a refund AGAIN
blue badge holders information for them is very poor, shud be free parking znd not just an hour to ehich I found out after finding an information board
The traffic light system at the entrance has been on green the last 2 times I’ve been however after getting up to the top floor there have been no spaces! It’s quite difficult to turn around at the top when there are 3/4 cars all trying to do the same. Sort it out and show “full” when it is full.
Great location in town, near to theatre, pubs and shops. You need to know your car registration, for pay machine.
I am incredibly disappointed with the service from this multi-storey. Had no signs telling me that I had to pay as I go in and therefore ended up paying for multiple useless tickets and also received a £50 parking ticket. There was also only 2 working ticket machines. Needless to say I am not impressed and do not recommend anyone parks here.
Parking spaces are way too slim. There's a lot of suvs and big cars in there and it's hard to get parked without doing gymnastics.
If you manage to get here early in the day. This is a good location and short walk uphill to Greys Monument. Park & pay with app on phone. £3 To park all day Sunday and Free after 18:00 Some spaces are for permit holders only. Clean toilets on site and car park attendant in office on ground floor. Love the Fiat 500
Can be a grate place to park as is central to Newcastle. Gets very busy after a show at Theatre Royal but is safe and not the most expensive
Typical car park. Plenty of space but quite expensive. Other car parking in the area is cheaper. Arena Square is £5 all day
