I would not recommend this company at all. They increased the price of parking and so I cancelled my membership. Despite returning my key etc, and confirming cancellation, they have not returned my deposit. They only have an 0845 number (expensive) and do not reply to emails. I am fed up of contacting them to return my deposit. Avoid this company and park with a reputable company - not worth the hassle

Used this car park for over a year. Good price. Excellent since you coming use it 7 days a week.

A 40% recent price rise has made this less affordable and now the inconvenience of its location, and the pot holes and regular flooding have now made me look at other options.

I have used the The High Level Bridge Car Park for over three years. It provides by far the most economical way of parking your car within easy (and very enjoyable) walking distance of Newcastle City Centre. I can park all day, every day - and when I come and go I never need to sit in traffic. Highly recommended!

Surprisingly easy access over the High Level Bridge to get to work in Newcastle City. Only takes me 5 minutes walk. Benefits also mean that by parking in "Gateshead" you miss all the Newcastle City traffic snarls. If you worked on the east side - then walk over the Tyne Bridge after parking. About the best value parking in Newcastle centre - certainly which I found.
