**Card only payments from late October 2022**. No entry/exit barriers, ANPR in operation, use pay station on ground floor before returning to car. Secure parking on Newcastle Quayside, open 24/7, behind Malmaison Hotel. During Monday to Friday business hours, majority of spaces are reserved for ie rented by businesses on site. Management Centre office available to assist.
Worst car park ever! Only public parking is on the roof, pay by coins only. State of repair is terrible
Parking on top floor only and Cash system good location
Very handy location but the spaces are limited to the very top floor unless you work for one of the companies with reserved spaces. Good prices which start with just one hour for 50p. Great for quick stops.
I’ve never reviewed a car park before but the attendant this morning was so very helpful I wanted to recommend this one. You do need cash to pay but I think the rate is fair for its location and it was easy to get a space.
Public car park that only offers 20 spaces to the actual public the rest of the parking structure is reserved for the surrounding office's. totally rubbish and a waist if time might as well rope of the whole thing for the offices .
Stayed overnight in Newcastle, found out hard to get overnight parking. Thankfully this place exists, arrived fairy late in the evening around 8 pm, left the car overnight & picked it up around 12:30 pm. It only cost £8! Lifts, helpful guards, well maintained, really happy places like this exist for those times when you get to your hotel & the included parking is full
Only takes cash. Now charges £4 flat rate for any weekend parking. Limited public spaces on top floor. Other car parks are free weekend evenings.
No card payment! Unbelievable in 2022! I had no casa with me so I had to find an ATM to get some cash and get some coins changed to the shop! They waste my time!
Public spaces are limited at the top of the car park. On return I entered my ticket and was asked for £4.90 even though I had only been 6 hours. It's £4 all day. Then the machine gave me a receipt for £2.90 with completely the wrong times on.No number available to make a complaint
