Good car park and we managed to find parking at peak time on a Saturday..I also met up with the family on my motorbike. There is a spot on the same floor as the entrance. The car park is clean and well maintained.
Great local place to park: BUT: ticket machines not informative or helpful when booking out, no confirmation of payment, why not just pay by card ???
Empty but all spaces reserved for gold badge holders. Totally unnecessary on a weekend. The ticket machines are over complicated if using cards and from a safety perspective they have chosen the complete wrong windows to cover with mesh.
Use on a Sunday when visiting the Quayside, £3 all day. Bit of a walk into the city centre but not excessive. Changed the parking system and this caused a bit of difficulty, but now that I have used it hope that it will not be a problem next time
Had to pay twice because the app logged my old car even though i put new details in whilst paying.not interested in giving meca refund
Did the job, strange layout with mostly reserved spaces in the initial levels.....normal parking is on the lower levels. Cheap enough for a city centre parking.
Nobody knows how the pay system work, not even the help desk at the car park. Small spaces. Too many electric car charging points taking up to much room. Took us 20 minutes and asking numerous people how to get out the car park before we were finally able to leave. I know this sounds stupid, but seriously, try parking here and later trying to pay before you leave. It's beyond a joke.
Only spaces free were for season ticket holders and the majority of parking is for that. Parking and turns are really tight, wouldn't recommend someone with a big car to go here.
Conveniently placed near the quayside and free after 5 pm.
Confusing rates of payment, not very clear at all when you are staying over 24hrs. No help whatsoever on the helpline number.
