Where do I start, I paid a deposit on a Friday on one of their cars . Everything sorted my end for payment by Saturday , was informed the car should be ready to be collected by Monday. I had a phone on early Monday evening informing only now the paperwork has been sent , and the car will be ready Tuesday to be collected.phoned days at 11am on Tuesday only to be informed that funds hadn't be released, phoned my finance company only to be told the wrong paperwork had been sent by days . Phoned days once more spoke to a sales man and was informed the right paperwork is in process of being sent as we speak an hour or goes by had another phone off my fiance company who still had not received any emails form days , this was know 3 pm phoned days ONCE again and again was informed that the paperwork will be sent ASAP.. Low and behold at 515 the paperwork had been sent via email only to find from my fiance company days hadn't put any paying in details on the email , so the funds could not be transferred. Phoned days and was informed that the finance department close at 5pm , I was informed that the car had not been cleaned or had its check prior to be collected . I had enough by them now and could not believe HOW UNPROFESSIONAL THE SALES TEAM WERE SO CANCELLED THE PURCHASE DEPOSIT REFUNDED .

Christine Lee at CEM Days is wonderful. She ordered me in a Tangerine Scream, Ford Focus ST-2. Knew exactly what j wanted. Kept me up to date with everything and made my buying process enjoyable. The only reason for the one less star than 5 was because I had a bad experience with my previous vehicle on the guarantee of the vehicle, it being a 59 plate Fiesta, when literally my doors were falling off and apparently it was not covered by warranty and my servicing with it was always expensive. The experience I had with my Focus was much better and they was down to Christine Lee and Joe is also wonderful.

Recently brought my car in for a service. Great, quick job done while I waited in the lounge and excellent customer service. Would recommend
