After seeing a car online that we were very interested in, we travelled to the showroom to have a look at it. Recently purchased a good priced Nissan Micra, with really  low milage,  from this company.   The vehicle is in a really good condition and compared to other cars we looked at, excellent value for money.   After driving the car for a few weeks,  spoke to Phil about an issue with the car, which I felt needed rectifying and with no hesitation it was arranged for the problem to be resolved, which it promptly was, under a 3 month warranty.  Excellent after service.  Really pleased with the car and would definitely  recommend this company and great service.  Many thanks. A happy customer.

We purchased a lovely Mercedes, The Description of the car was very accurate, the car is an absolute dream and was a lot cheaper than other places we looked , had one little fault which the garage sent to a Mercedes specialist garage to get repaired and stuck with there word with a 3 month warranty !!  The team were very helpful and friendly !! If your looking for a good car for a good price I have and definitely would suggest to others !! Fab service today from Phil. We'd seen a car we loved, and after test driving it we decided to get it. Phil was really friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and made the whole process seamless, and now we have a gorgeous new used car, in fab condition. Thanks Phil!

Having traveled 40 minutes to view a car which was described in the following manner, his description not mine.  "THE 4 ALLOYS ARE IN GOOD CONDITION WITH NO MARKS OR SCRAPES, THE BODY WORK IS ALSO IN GOOD CONDITION WITH NO DENTS OR MARKS".  The vehicle's description was deceitful with sub standard paintwork and multiple shoddy bodywork repairs, along with curb damage on all four wheels. Rude ,aggressive and deceitful to say the least.  If you value your time, Best advise would be to avoid like the Plague !!!

A helpful and honest team at Phil Williams Cars. Car had some ongoing issues which were noticed during test drive. I live over 3 hours from the dealership and despite this, they allowed me to have the car repaired locally and covered the cost. Can’t recommend them enough, would definitely buy from them again.
