Test drive car not ready for a 10am booking. "Salesman" seemed less than what you could least expect. He wanted to cement any deal before any test drive. Poor. Wasted my time, car was not ready, attitude was flip. Should stick to sweeping the showroom I suppose! EDIT; young chap named Jo answered my initial phone call. He is a credit to your company. 5 stars for him.

I had a minor issue with the used car that I bought from Cawdor, I contacted them and took it back on a Saturday morning. It was all sorted out very quickly and without any fuss. Joe even made me a coffee while I waited.

Dont bother with this company what a total let down couldnt test drive as the car had no mot and it was a sunday was told to come back tuesday wasnt asked to leave a deposit told them really interested but they sold the car today monday to people who were more upper class than us and pulled up in a nicer car than us which i was told over the phone so if your face doesnt fit in this company then you got no chance!!!!! Was told to go ahead with the finance who buys a car with out test driving it i certainly wouldnt!!!!

Matthew at the dealership is very helpful, professional and a great sales person. Although we decided not to buy the car due to its colour and not having sat nav.
