Ross Car Sales have set the benchmark against which other dealerships should be measured and the model which they should strive to replicate.
I confess to being a demanding customer with high expectations and I must also confess to my wonder when those expectations were repeatedly exceeded by Mr Ross and his team.
The team were charged with locating a vehicle for me within a very exacting remit.
In all of my dealings the team were consummate professionals and this when aligned with their passion and expertise quite rightly bolstered my confidence in their ability to deliver on my very challenging requirements.
I was kept well informed and I was advised admirably and expertly throughout.
They sourced a vehicle which far exceeded my expectations and did so at a price which was significantly below the bracket I had informed that I was prepared to pay. They found and recommended the car which was right for me not the car which would have maximised their profit. That demonstrates integrity and probity which is worthy of praise and of this review.
I have no compunction whatsoever in highly recommending Ross Car Sales. I would not look to anyone else nor recommend anyone else to source me, my family or my friends a vehicle.
