I Bought an E51 Elgrand from here approx 7 months ago. In all fairness I have had no trouble with it at all. However the problem isn't the vehicle, it's the prices and the salesman. Richard appears to be knowledgeable when in honesty he knows very little about these vehicles. When I questioned him about the catalytic converter problem he clearly knew nothing about it, he just said that they have never had any problems with the 100+ elgrands he has sold. Richard also was unaware that E51s had several recalls until I showed him where to find the nissan website you can enter your chassis number to check recalls. I was also told the van had been serviced, it wasnt. It was also supposed to have been valeted before collection, the rear seats were dirty, there was a Japanese child's toy in one of the doors and something was spilled and left to go sticky on one seat. The prices they charge are very steep. If you are prepared to search and travel you can get one for at least £1500 less than GLC are charging. As I have stated, there have been no problems with my van, but I would not go back there again.
